E is for Edamame

E is for edamame. A Japanese appetiser of young soybeans, usually still in the pod. Because the beans are young and green when they are picked, edamame soybeans are soft and edible. Eat edamame by sucking out the beans inside and leaving the pod.

These are from one of the awesome owner operated eateries at Little High called Sushi Soldier, delivering delicious Edamame, Sushi and some other crowd favourites.

E is also for Eightgrains @eightgrains.  We were spoilt for choice with this cool Asian fusion restaurant in the heart of the city.

Nestled in@littlehigheatery right next door to Sushi Soldier and opposite the also yummy and very tempting Bacon Brothers.   There is plenty of excellent choices for a night out with friends or like we did share a table with strangers and strike up a new conversation! #chchZtoA Proving there is loads of cool stuff to do if you know where to look 👀
